Responsibilities:
- Vendor master data activities in SAP and other tools;
- Communicate with multiple stakeholders (requesters, higher support level, central SAP team, resource administrators) and team for the ongoing requests;
- Improvement of desktop procedures (job instructions) if IT systems or compliance rules change;
- Various small projects related to SAP and internal applications, based on stakeholders’ requirements / SSC requirements (testing, support for users etc) ;
Qualifications:
- Fluent English and German language skills;
- Basic SAP R/3K knowledge (SAP MM experience > 2 years operational, SAP FI is a plus);
- Supplier Relationship Management is a plus;
- Accounting/master data knowledge and experience is a plus;
- Effective analytical skills and problem-solving;
- MS Office skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint;
- Business administration qualification or comparable qualification preferably;
- Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results in tight deadlines;
- Ability to understand complex environments, good interpersonal and communication skills, self-organizing skills, team player, technical skills, ability to jump easily between priorities;
