What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Business English required.
- Recruitment with agencies required.
- Microsoft Office skills required.
- Experience leading the end-to-end Talent Acquisition white and blue collar process, logistics knowledge is a plus.
- Know the Hiring process in different counties in Latin America is a plus.
- Experience in a Personnel Administration system.
- Manage different recruitment sources and conduct different selection types.
- Must be detail oriented and accurate when processing documentation.
- Customer service, internal such as Hiring Managers.
