To oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure smooth and efficient handling of all inbound, storage, and outbound activities in line with customer requirements, safety standards, and company KPIs.
- Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
- Preparation of management KPIs for timely rep
- Responsible for overseeing the department's operations covering the customers business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentation sorting and management review
- Handle day to day operation issues
- Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior Skill Required • Hands-on experience in storekeeping will be an added advantage.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in warehouse/logistics operations, with supervisory experience.
- Strong knowledge of WMS (Warehouse Management Systems).
- Good leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage a team in a fast-paced environment.
