Participants of our Management Associate Program will be assigned a variety of different tasks, which brings the chance to build up a network and gather technical expertise. Special curated trainings, buddy system and On-the-job-training will help you develop your social, technical and personal skills. The Management Associate Program generally runs for 2 years and over the course of the program, you’ll be assigned to various stations within the department.
General Description (Job Scope)
Perform data analytics, and mining from diverse ERP platforms, for Logistics Operations Excellence performance measurement, and/or forecasting.
Understand and grasp mechanics of respective business functions and assist in LEAN and/or VSM projects, from time studies, implementation to derision of cost savings.
Populate, digest, interpret data, and drive problem-solving brainstorming and/or CIPs.
Attached to a business function, to review the current operations from an alternative perspective, especially from the digital enhancement angle.
Skills Required
Literacy in PC applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Video-editing, RPA skillset advantageous.
Strong analytical, interpersonal and communication skills
Prioritization of activities and have high respect for timelines and deliverables
Pro-active, inquisitive mind, and bold to pose questions
