Airfreight Import Administrator

This position is responsible for efficient operational work for International Air transportation  cargo, and effective customer service for the various customers in all fields of data accuracy, order follow-up, shipping planning, track & tracing, vendor control, customs arrangement, and final billing & collect in properly manner and proactively

• Maintain & develop new opportunities with internal overseas office and external customers.
• Follow up customer’s request to resolve complaints and provide effective solutions.
• Minimize irregularity through data accuracy
• Improve customer satisfaction  
• Shipping Order follow up 
• Issue arrival notice or pre-alert
• Check out DMG and make a claim file accordingly
• Outgoing and incoming invoice processing.
• Implement collecting process of freight charges
• Controlling income and cost

Education & Experience 

• Academic degree
• Prefer relevant working experience
• Ability to work effectively with deadliness
• Ability to quickly grasp concepts and workflows

Competencies & Skills

• English proficiency in writing and speaking
• Familiar with airfreight import process
• Hands on computer skills (MS Word & Excel) are pre-requisite.
• Strong initiate e to find ways to improve solutions, systems, and processes
