- Coordinate daily logistics operations including inbound and outbound shipments.
- Communicate with customers regarding delivery schedules, delays, and shipment tracking.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback professionally and efficiently.
- Prepare and manage shipping documents such as delivery orders, invoices, and packing lists.
- Liaise with transporters, warehouse teams, and suppliers to ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist with stock movement and reconciliation when needed.
- Maintain accurate records of all logistics activities and customer interactions.
- Track deliveries and proactively resolve any transportation or delivery issues.
- Support customs clearance and compliance with import/export regulations if required.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in logistics and customer service processes.
- Minimum SPM, Certificate in related industry
- Basic Speaking, Reading, Writing English
- Basic Computer knowledge
- Basic Knowledge of WMS
- Microsoft Excel knowledge is a plus
- Minimum 1 year experience in warehouse operations (optional)
