Your tasks
- Provide talent diagnostic reports, participate, and organize calibration reports, and provide Talent reports and Talent Pool to relevant stakeholders
- Create, monitor, and analyze Talent Acquisition request to ensure smooth operation with no-shortcoming to meet business demand.
- Prepare, monitor and share various reports or insights reports, and ad-hoc reports for internal stakeholders, especially Head of TA Hub/P&O BP's and business, for decision-making and improvement strategies.
- Liaise with G&PS expert, Labor relations, P&O BP and Hiring Manager for a smooth hiring process and update the vacancy on Avature once the vacancy is filled.
- Share relevant details with the G&PS/P&O BP's to prepare the job offer to candidates, such as budgets, hiring notes, country work permit requirements, joining date expectations and interview results.
- Present the job offer to the selected candidate.
- Conduct collaborative conversations, log feedback received and record outcome and selection.
- Support, plan, arrange and conduct interviews and assessments to select the right candidate in collaboration with Hiring Managers and P&O BPs if needed.
- Create and maintain a candidate pipeline through networking, research, and other talent attraction and engagement methods permissible by local laws.
- Screen, create a shortlist and share the outcomes with Hiring Manager or P&O BPs if needed.
- Actively source the candidates through all data sources, including the ATS (Avature), internal or external applications received, headhunting, talent database, referrals, and other defined/approved applicant sourcing strategies.
- Engage with Hiring Manager to clarify the role's scope and candidate specification after the position is approved on the Avature portal.

- Advanced English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
- Understanding of a shared service center organization
- Experience in managing multicultural stakeholders in present/previous experience.
- MIN 3 years of recruitment experience and other HR related activities on a regional level /or in shared service environment.
